Hand and Stone

I was satisfied with everything. The appointment started a bit late, so I was waiting in the waiting area for about 10-15 minutes. It wasn't an issue, I just wished that someone would have mentioned it.

The appointment started late and there was no acknowledgement of that, there was almost no communication during the service, my arms and hands weren’t touched at all and my feet were barely touched.

My therapist was nice, gave a good treatment and answered my few questions, but was not friendly.

All my previous facials, I experienced more of a head/neck/shoulder/upper arm massage., and did not get this with it, even with a 'collagen upgrade' package.

Would like room scent or scented sheets in room. Would like a quiet transition space and less noise in hall or more soundproofing inside

My appointment started 15 minutes late.

I was satisfied & everything went great. I only said I wasn’t highly satisfied with products used because I didn’t realize there was any products used.

Did not receive receipt after paying. Paid with go. Was not provided details on cost.

The facial woman was late. I think she may have taken off her face shield. I just felt uncomfortable with COVID cases rising. That isn't entirely Hand and Stone's fault, just the way things are today. I am a high risk person for COVID.
