Hand and Stone

Nothing and nobody is perfect, but experience at Hand and Stone is very close to it. The massages are that good.

It is near impossible to get an appointment. Massage therapists are never available.

The person performing my facial seemed like she was in a hurry. In conversation she didn’t listen well, and spoke over me at times. She was kind & caring and wanted to please.

Not sure why - just didn't seem as good as prior massages elsewhere.

My appointment was for 50 minutes. We started at 4:06 and finished at 4:52. I feel like Hand and Stone includes your changing time, but I arrived early and the room was not available.

Due to covid they weren't able to massage my jaw which was a major reason for scheduling. I was not told prior

My therapist does not work there now. The therapist that worked on me did NOT perform at the same level as others in the past. I would prefer someone that knows how to massage muscles that are sore, tight or otherwise need special attention (neck & shoulders).

I didn't feel totally relaxed afterward's like I have in the past. Massage was not an hour long. Therapist was friendly and professional though.

My massage therapist, Jose, is very knowledgeable and super friendly

The only problem I had was the face linen looked dirty like make up or stains but she said yes it was a clean one. That was gross.
