Hand and Stone

A client was booking appointments when I arrived, and he wasn't wearing a mask. The receptionist did not ask him to put a mask on. Masks are required in PA.

Couldn’t book my appointment online like the email started. I tried twice and it would not allow it so I called and they told me to email or do the appointment over 5he phone.

Intake form was a problem to complete. Had to download it, complete on my pdf filller, and email back.

I should have asked for more pressure. The therapist ask if it was ok in the beginning and I should have given better direction. Not his fault at all. Totally mine

Why did Hand and Stone make an appointment for 2:00pm but did not start till 2;10 and then finished at exactly 3:00pm. I should've been told to come by 2:10 if that's when it started. Also every time I've had a facial I've also gotten a very relaxing neck and arm massage. But the enestician said she would not be doing that due to her hands shaking!? I should've been told that when I made appointment

Jessica was wonderful. I know she is new but I thought mgt should have informed me since Jessica wasn’t cleared to tweeze yet. That disappointed me... thought they should have perhaps offered alternative service.

Even having hundreds of dollars credit, I was either to pay difference in monthly fee or use a whole "monthly fee" for difference in service charge.

It was great just not over the top! It is good solid experience but not overly luxurious or elaborate. I think it is a great maintenance but not a special top shelf experience.

I didn't know what to expect so I don't know if this was a good or great facial. I was very relaxed however and fell asleep.

The scent of one of the products was not that pleasant.
