The price of my massage was increased by $10 without being told

I don’t always see as much lasting effects as I want

I need special attention to my legs-not enough time given--

I was in the doubles room (room 3). Had to put my clothing in chair near door but the massage bed was on the other side.

It's not your fault. My schedule is VERY last minute and it's hard to find last minute appointments.

Availability of therapist. I have to book appts way far out. Not convenient at all. It takes almost a month

The therapist was fine/good. I am spoiled by Nancy (who is currently out on leave).

The heating/AC system kicked on and was quite loud during part of my session.

Overall, I have been a member for years and have been happy. It has become increasingly difficult to get an appointment booked over the years. I am not able to make an appointment 30+ days out due to my work schedule and travel. I used to be able to book an appointment within 14 days. Pretty impossible now. Also, it seems that 80 minute massages are now 70-75 minutes... At least that has been my experience the last couple of times going.

Cancellation of therapist, and unable to get appointment with her for a couple of weeks.
