Hand and Stone

There was nothing exceptional about the environment. I have been going to the same place for some time and there has been no refreshing of the space at all. The other problem is availability of appointment times. It is rare that there is anytime for either a facial or a massage, and I'm not selecting a specific person. Which seems to change often. I have 5 sessions to use and the payments keep coming even though the service does not. If it's that busy ( and until with week, I have been the only one there), get more people. So I'll probably use my time and leave. There is a sign that says drop ins welcome, how is that possible?

The day I was there the waiting area was freezing which only tightened my muscles more.

Masseuse was late to massage. Scheduled for 10:00 am, I got there at 9:45 and was told she wouldn’t be there until at least 10:30. I could wait or come back at 11. I decided to run errands and come back at 11.

She seemed unable to maintain a firm enough pressure. She may be new and that’s fine. It may take time to develop the strength necessary. She did a great job otherwise!

The therapists at the Kennett Square location are some of the best in the area. The Kennett Square location overall is my favorite in my local vicinity.

I had 2 services. The facial was great but the masseuse was very detached and lacked personality.

Just didn’t get rid of the aches I had in my neck and back area. But overall was a good experience.

I was notified that the therapist I usually see has resigned.

It was a good massage, but not memorable. I’ve had better and worse.

Unable to get same massage therapist always says busy even if I call way in advance. With membership I should be able to get same person at my convenience. Facial technician was very nice and hope to get her in the future for my next facial.
