Massage therapist was attentive and wanted to address my problem areas, but the "firm" pressure was uncontrolled and a bit too rough. She was trying to accommodate my need but I had not specifically requested a therapist with firm pressure.

My appointment went well but I brought my granddaughter for a teen facial and was never asked if she was 13 she’s still 12 for a few more months so she was unable to get a facial

Love the guy I go to. Tried others there that talk too much or don't give same type of massage. If he leaves I'll be forced to look elsewhere by friend referrals. Very happy other than he is always booked!

I was there longer than I should have been. My appointments was large. Checking out was complicated. I was trying to use 2 gift cards, and they couldn’t figure out. I left my product on the counter and they called and I had to come back.

My massage therapist was nice and sweet. She gave a good massage but not the best I’ve had. I would come back to this location but maybe not to that therapist.

Several times I have scheduled appointments for myself and husband and they were not put into the system. We made plans for thee appointments and rescheduled our days and to not have them in the system was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Trying to make an appointment is always a difficult process.

I loved the facial and the massages offered. Staff was excellent. Upon leaving was informed that a policy change had occurred and I now had to produce my gift card to pay that way. I had previously had the staff look up my gift card, as I often misplaced it. I ended up paying for the service myself, plus tip, and a membership fee because I was told it would be cheaper that way. I had been there a month earlier and was told (when they looked up my g and tip was includedc) I had a 3 month membership? It would have been nice to have had foreknowledge of the change. EMAIL?

I was satisfied but just felt was a bit rushed after had treatment. Also receptionist was going to charge me for 2 added on treatments and I only had one. I did join as a member but may not have time to keep up appointments.
