I don’t like the smell of laundry soap on the sheets. The quality of the sheets used to be so much better. 100% cotton. Availability of certain therapists is somewhat restricted. Tough to get appointments.

I was not able, AGAIN, to book my masssage online. For a while it wasn’t working at all. I can’t remember what the problem was this time. But it is time consuming to try to use your online system and then still have to call to book the appt anyway.

Appointment ran way behind, which is fine. What isn’t ok, is that the girl at the front desk had been notified by the employee running very late AND did not let me know. I was 15 mins early for my appointment and would not have agreed to wait a full 45 mins before the facial began. Courtesy and communication!!

This was my first time and didn't know what to expect . 2- was expecting another form of rock massage and they did not have it written down for my appointment.

I have a hard time getting an appointment many times when I call. It would be nice to have a quiet area to relax after the massage - read - have a glass of wine..

My appointment was supposed to be 12:00 p.m. I was taken back to the room at 12:06. Left at 12:53. Didn't get a full hour facial.

Scheduling is not amenable to our schedule and it takes 30 mins to get there
