Person booking appointment made up the spelling of my name resulting in it being difficult to find my account and packages. Also need to confirm the number of packages which was difficult to do while at the location.

Membership hold/cancellation policy is confusing Receptionist could not clearly explain the difference b/w the 2 to me. I feel the receptionist was a bit disingenuous - as though she couldn't wait to be finished with me. thank you

it ended a minute short, i hadn't realized that the time to get ready/get dressed again was included in time. they didn't realize i was member and charged full, so had to be voided

It was a good experience and staff was good. Just not over the top and a 5 is over the top service.

This is where I joined Hands and Stone. Since then other Hands and Stone closer to me have opened. I have been told that I have to close my account and open a new one. Right now I have 23 packages that I do not want to forfeit. I know packages can be pulled over from one store to next; however, it is a hassle if I need to freeze my account for a period as I have to visit this store and it is 40 minutes from where I live. There was a problem with the fountain in the reception area and it was very noisy.

Received a phone call after I left that they made a mistake and had to charge more to my boyfriend's credit card.... Receptionist was unprofessional and obviously didn't know what she was doing....I will return as a customer but I was not happy with my experience after that happened.

I was satisfied with the hand and stone experience. I felt the room was okay but I’ve been to other facilities that had a better ambiance within the massage room. I feel the aromatherapy should be given as a relaxation tool rather than an additional price. I’ve been to facilities that use lavender just as an overall smell through out the facilities.
