Appointment was arranged by wife on her membership account. I was still charged full amount for service. I should have only been charged for transfer fee and gratuitee.

Receptionist not very friendly or open. Room not as soothing as other places I have been to. No nice smelling products used.

the facial was relaxing, however I did not feel as though it did anything to improve my skin. I had several visible blemishes, and nothing was done to remedy them.

I only got the facial yesterday. I don't expect to see results yet. I haven't seen the results so I cannot say whether or not my needs have been met.

I am currently trying to use up a backlog of membership packages. It would be helpful for the receptionist to provide options for using them, balance info etc. Without having to ask all the time.

Very difficult to schedule an appointment. Facility needs to expand and/or hire additional therapists (especially those capable of deep tissue).

Bonnie was GREAT and listened to what I needed and totally gave the best massage for my needs. I've been a member for 2 years and go regularly, this was the best massage ever!!! Kudos to Bonnie!!!
