The room that I was in was right next to the entrance and you could hear noises from the reception area. I was with a group and I was the last to be called from the waiting room and the first to be done which made me feel like I didn't get my full time.

I was expecting some more details about the monthly membership fee I have a key ring with a barcode and I don't know what it's used for. The massage therapist was very nice I didn't quite know what I wanted and didn't know what services were offered under the monthly membership plan. The room was very clean I guess I was expecting some more pleasing sense rather than no smell at all. I now know that I need to ask for certain areas to Target during the massage that bother me and to request a stronger massage.

Room and table a little chilly

There is always room for improvement. The Hand and Stone I use is overall very clean, polite and accommodating.

This experience was good. My issue is last visit , and whenever I have upgraded to 80-minute massage. I don't mind paying for the upgrade but I expect it to be what I pay for: 80 minutes. Last time I had 80 minute I was dressed and out the door and it was still at 70-minutes. Upgrade not worth it and I probably will never do it again. I would rather have 2 back-to-back appointments of 50 minutes each.

I did not look at any of the products in the reception area, which is why I chose that I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I was a bit disappointed that I was not told about the add one when making the appointment, the therapist was nice and squeezed in a scalp massage, but I would have also enjoyed the add on foot option. Also I thought the therapist was good enough, but I am hoping I like the technique of one of the other therapist more.

I look forward to getting my massage each month and I love Nancy. Booking an appointment with her though is near impossible unless you plan 2 months out. She is definitely worth the wait though. I've tried a few others at the Kennett location and I have not been as satisfied as I am with Nancy. Wish there were more like her in Kennett.

My husband gave me gift card for an 80minute massage which he paid 129 dollars, plus I had another 50 dollar gift card. I got the massage and had 3 add-on's, aromatherapy(10.00)a papermint scalp massage(15.00)and a cold stone facial massage(15.00). The two gift cards should have been anough to cover the services. When I went to pay she said I owed an additional 40+ dollars. She said the gift card my husband gave me only had 109 dollars on it. Then she tells me that the price of the Services went up after the first of the year. The online website on which I base my purchase had not reflected this change and I had booked after the new year. She didn't even have any new brochures to show me the price increases. If prices increase you should be informed of that when you book your services. If I had know that the cold stone facial massage went from 15 addon to 49 Dollars I would not have booked it. I feel I was overcharged for the services without proper notification of price changes and there was a screw up with my husbands gift card which he just purchased in Dec.

Due to health reasons, which I didn't know about before hand, I was not allowed to have the hot stone therapy, which was a disappointment. This was my first experience with Hand and Stone, so I didn't have any outlandish expectations. I figure there is always room for improvement. The reception area was too much like a store front, which it is, but didn't really have a relaxing quality to it. Everyone one was nice, friendly, and competent.
