I was satisfied with my experience. I reserved highly satisfied for something above and beyond my expectations. My expectations were met and satisfied.

massage or facial is ending beofre 10min before time. I am very disappointed about cutting time !! Plase note this point. I truly appreciate it.

Massage therapist was good at her job..tended to areas I had told her were issues. Gave me ideas of how to work on problem areas beyond the massage table. HOWEVER...in her attempt to make conversation(and since I was intentionally quiet for the first half, face down, she should have taken those cues that I don't like to talk during a massage) she thought it was appropriate to ask me what I thought of our president elect!! During a relaxation massage???? She then tried to sell me on becoming a member...DURING my massage!!! Sell me out front, or call me to try to sell me later...but NOT during my massage!!! She meant well I'm sure, but needs to be taught some etiquette of conversation.

I have a previous history of Lymphoma over 30 years ago. Unfortunately, the therapist was not able to give me the level of services that would have provided greater benefit. What he did perform helped relieve my problems, but I'm certain with a "normal" appointment he could have done more. I would like to consider using H&S to help with my discomfort, however, if the prior health history is a continuing issue I will need to seek services elsewhere. I understand policy, I understand protecting against liability, but I think this may be over exercising caution.

I feel that the expected tipping amount is way out of line with typical tipping and I don't like the sign with the suggested amounts. I don't like that my therapist asks each time why I am there (not what to focus on but actually why are you here), as though I need a particular reason. I am frustrated that some of my favorite therapists are either never available or seem to have left the business.

it was a good massage at a regular looking place with average ambiance...I've been to other massage places that put effort into a more natural, calming, spa-like ambiance. the therapists were very nice, conscientious, asked the right questions before massage and found the knots in my muscles...good job.
