This was the BEST facial experience I have ever had at this location, and I have been there many times for facials! It was relaxing, talk appropriate/quiet time during facial, and she took time to go above and beyond to ensure relaxation and you could tell that she cared and put forth effort in doing so!

The Spa was very clean, Smelled so clean, and was very quiet, for the other customers as well. Haleigh is always so amazing doing my facials. She is always so helpful and takes great care of my skin. I absolutely recommend Haleigh to EVERYONE! Thanks for being amazing Hale!

Drakeston is a great therapist.

I am always welcomed by name, amd the staff is so wonderful and remembers little details about me to make me feel even more at home. My therapist makes sure to see what I may need before we get started, and works professionally and makes sure he addresses all of my issues, making sure the pressure is just right. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of treatment. I really enjoy coming here and could never imagine changing!

Firstly, Maddie, the receptionist was the most helpful, personable and professional I've ever experienced at Hand and Stone! She was the first person to ever educate me with ease as to the ins and outs of the benefits and procedures. It was truly refreshing! Second to my registration was my introduction to my therapist, Lesley. She was kind, informative and caring. This was the best experience I've ever had at H & S!
