My esthetician is excellent and always tailors treatment to current needs. My skin is always improved after a visit. If I didn’t keep a membership I would be less likely to maintain regular appointments even though I see the difference.

My esthetician was timely, knowledgeable, truthful, and polite for the entire visit. For the first time in my history at hand and stone, she told me where the panic button was, which I was grateful for as she was looking out for my safety. She thoroughly looked over my skin and explained why certain products were better for my personal skin problems. She introduced herself and just truly made the entire experience worthwhile. I experienced no pain during my treatment (which I can't say was the case during previous visits). She made me feel comfortable, safe, and I enjoyed every minute of my experience. She reintroduced me to the member program and I left genuinely wanting to buy products. 10/10 experience. I was blown away.

My therapist was friendly and highly competent, touching on all areas of my body with just the right pressure and length of time.

Just when I was sitting in the waiting area it was so relaxing. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful and when I actually got my facial it was like a dream. Letty was so kind to me and helped me understand my skin better and how to properly care for it. I feel like a new woman and I know that Hand and Stone is going to be a regular part of my skin care routine

Lisa is very knowledgeable on executing massage techniques for pain relief and relaxation. Her intensity does not wane during the session as I have experienced with other massage therapists. Her expertise should be shared throughout the organization to promote consistency and learning for all massage therapists as currently there is a steep curve in the level of care between them.

Therapist was welcoming and friendly. Asked about my specific concerns and addressed them as well as checked my comfort with the level of pressure she used.

The staff at H & S is very professional,knowledgeable, and friendly . I wish I could afford to go every week instead of every other week!
