I have a great time at my appointments with Kaeleigh Kulko and love seeing assistant manager Adrianna. Kaeleigh has taken me from someone with horrible IPL damage to my marks almost gone. She cares about me. Adrianna is always there to help with membership questions. Again so happy I get my facials done here!

Everything worked out with ease from A to Z. My issues were addressed during my appointment.

I have been a hands and stone customer for several years. I was lucky enough to find a therapist that met all my needs; Lisbeth made me feel comfortable, provided the perfect amount of pressure, knows my body well enough now to read my body and concentrate on my troubled areas.

The therapist listened to what I needed and explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Very good experience. My massage therapist Lisa is excellent. I usually go to the Kennett Square location, however my package was purchased through the GlenMills location. I don't understand why I need to cancel Glen Mills to sign up with Kennett Square and in the process lose my points. I want to be able to pull my package early if needed.

She was very concerned that I was comfortable. I am older, 77 yrs, so I'm glad she checked with me. I shared that I've had two knee replacements so she was excellent in helping my knees feel better. She was very professional the entire time but also very friendly. I hope she stays with you.

The massage therapist was excellent. I believe her name is Alisha. She targeted the areas I needed most, and made me feel very relaxed.
