Carrie (Kari sp?) is the reason I will return and keep my membership. She is thorough, professional, very hospitable. The lobby has become even more sterile which may/may not be because of Covid but drawing the drapes, piping some music, dim the lights, having a lavender candle for scent, warming the ambient air would be good starts. The wait is not too different from the dry-cleaning store next door with chairs. For us, the experience begins the step we leave outside. There is a huge opportunity for very little cost to improve the transition from the time I enter Hand & Stone until I'm face down trying to slow my heart rate. So, you have a 15 minute window to blow your customers away....start now! Thanks, love my visits there.

Drakeston provided a highly therapeutic massage and was very accommodating with fitting me into his schedule. The receptionist staff was friendly and very helpful.

It helped me relax physically, mentally, and emotionally during a very challenging and stressful week. I left Hand and Stone feeling confident that I could handle the rest of my week, instead of feeling overwhelmed by my upcoming commitments.

This was my first time at this location. Typically went to KIRKWOOD HWY location but found the staff there not friendly since Covid. KENNETT SQUARE was much better.

The environment is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, and I always feel as though I receive my money's worth during the massage.

Halleigh did a great job with my facial. She takes care in making sure I feel great and providing excellent care. I always leave relaxed and with glowing skin. I appreciate all that she does to pamper me. Thank you.
