Carrie was excellent in providing relief to sore areas and releasing tension through the massage. She listened to my needs and paid attention to what I wanted her to do. She was responsive to my feedback and adjusted as needed when she found a tight area.

It was a great experience. No frustrating aspects of my visit. And will continue to come to this location.

I have been going here at least 3 years. Luckily I got the BEST esthetician ever. Kaeleigh Kulko from day one took an interest in my hyperpigmentation issues and always has strived to make it better with different options. It is working!!! I highly recommend her to anyone who listens. She also is very kind and knowledgeable on the services and products. Overall Hand and Stone should do whatever they can to keep her forever. She is definitely an asset. If I had money I would get a facial every week.

Esthetician was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome and like an important customer, even though it was my first experience at this Hand and one. She walked me through the parocess and offered to sell me several add-ons and products, but was not pushy. she advised me well how to use the products purchased.
