The therapist, Jose, uses just the right amount of pressure and time in each area. The therapist always asks if I want more or less pressure. He also asks if I have any special request and accommodates any I have.

Carrie is the reason I continue my membership. She was attentive to problem areas, friendly and professional. The lobby ambiance remains an area for improvement as this is a key area for customer's to begin their relaxation, while one can't remove the parking lot or the front door so close to the sitting area - perhaps the lighting can be addressed and perhaps curtains to block traffic and the hustle and bustle we're trying to escape?
