GRETCHEN was very careful but knew exactly whatbi needed by our conversation. She took care of the issue spot and gave recommendation on how often I should come back until the issue is resolved. Beyond sweet and help me relax before she started bc I was nervous of of the pain.

Although I had to wait about 8 minutes for my appointment, I received an excellent massage and did not feel rushed or shortchanged. Jose is excellent. I will return and recommend him to others.
