I have been going to Hand and Stone for Massages and Facials for several years. The experience is always positive. Friendly staff and sklled technicians.

I was not unsatisfied with anything. Some things are just fine for me either way like the products. I was satisfied or unsatisfied-it was fine.

Kaeleigh knew what I needed based on my skin type and made recommendations. Very relaxed atmosphere. Felt safety precautions were taken

The service area was clean and very inviting. Chelsea was efficient and kind. Virginia was pleasant. She listened to what I said and then was quiet while she performed the massage. There is one item. Previously, I was put on a cancelation list. Even after this appt., they continued to call. I replied that I could be taken off until my next appt. The new receptionist said that I would kept on??? Maybe I misunderstood? Hopefully, it is a computer error? My visit was amazing.

Receptionist Chelsea was super nice and helpful. My massage therapist, Virginia I believe, was amazing. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and this massage was exactly what I needed!

Prompt service. It was dark in the massage room, so I couldn't see much of the room regarding cleanliness etc, but it appeared to be satisfactory. It might have been better, now with covid, if the therapist put the face cover on while I was in the room, to show me that it was a new one. I trust that it was.

The lighting in the waxing area was not very bright for the aesthetician.

Virginia and Brenda were excellent. I felt so much better and I thank them. Barbara White

It was a very relaxing massage. Therapist was experienced and friendly. It was at the pressure I requested. Environment was good. Everything was on time. Overall a great massage experience.
