Jeanie, Jeanie, Jeanie! She is amazing and I trust her with my skin care. It was a very tough decision to temporarily suspend my account but I'll be back ASAP.

James does a great job. The neck wrap is a nice perk. Wish they would offer what I could use my points for —have to ask every time

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Massage therapist is knowledgeable and thorough. She works the areas of need and asks if she missed anything.

Facility is very clean with fantastic staff. Would highly recommend to friend and family. Membership is valuable and worth keeping compared to other spas.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming upon arrival. Hannah was punctual and also very welcoming. I felt like she was quite knowledgeable in the areas I was interested in, i.e. lymphatic drainage, and that was comforting. She was also quite thoughtful and accommodating; bringing me a hair tie (that I had forgotten), water and a mint for my scratchy throat and a tissue for my runny nose. :)

Fritz is a wonderful massgae therapist. I would love for the employees to be well taken care of, there has been a higher turnover rate recently.

James is a great therapist. He used the hot stones on me and a lot when other therapists just do a small amount of hot stone time. When you’re adding upgrades, it’s nice to get what you pay for.
