Hand and Stone

Everyone was very kind and welcoming upon arrival. Hannah was punctual and also very welcoming. I felt like she was quite knowledgeable in the areas I was interested in, i.e. lymphatic drainage, and that was comforting. She was also quite thoughtful and accommodating; bringing me a hair tie (that I had forgotten), water and a mint for my scratchy throat and a tissue for my runny nose. :)

Fritz is a wonderful massgae therapist. I would love for the employees to be well taken care of, there has been a higher turnover rate recently.

James is a great therapist. He used the hot stones on me and a lot when other therapists just do a small amount of hot stone time. When you’re adding upgrades, it’s nice to get what you pay for.

The whole staff was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my massage, I think I fell asleep for a short time.

I enjoy how relaxing the environment is and how knowledgeable my esthetician was. She made me feel comfortable and was very informative of what her plans were for my skin.

Jeannie is highly knowledgeable about skin care and products. I am more confident in my skin care going forward. Very pleasant environment.

My esthetician is always friendly and caring. I feel relaxed during my visits. I was offered a neck wrap while I waited for my appointment.

I really enjoy the ambiance, the amount of knowledge the staff have and share, and then the ease of getting the appointments I want/need.

Puyallup Hand and Stone is a wonderful experience. My aesthetician-Gail- is amazing, she makes me feel so comfortable and her voice is soothing and her hands are so gentle. My skin feels and looks amazing after her treatments.
