We have always had good service and experiences at the spa. James is a highly experienced masseuse who brings that in to play with your needs and wants. His experience and techniques assure you of complete satisfaction.

My esthetician was fantastic, she made the experience relaxing and was very knowledgeable about the products that would help me with my skin type. She made sure the whole process was calming and relaxing and I noticed an immediate change to my skin.

DaleRae is absolutely wonderful! I told her about all my problem areas on my face and she quickly came up with a comprehensive action plan to address everything. She listened to all my concerns, was incredibly kind, and very informative. I look forward to seeing her again soon!

I love how calming the receptionist was entering the building. Her voice and patience with filling out the forms. The esthecitian was also amazing. Explained my skin type and suggested treatment based off that. Things added up quickly so I do wish she would've shared pricing while suggesting add ons.

I came in due to some stressful events happening in my life in hopes of relaxing, and it helped me out tremendously. I will definitely be back.

James is one of the best massage therapists. I ONLY go to him. I wish he had more availability but he's that good that he gets booked up quickly

I think the Puyallup location does a great job. I started my membership at the Kent location because it is closer to home but I have come to prefer Puyallup more. I really liked Hannah and thought she was great and all the massage therapists I’ve seen in Puyallup so far have been great! I would definitely be happy to see Hannah again on my next visit as she was very knowledgeable and a very calming presence. My only nitpick about Hand and Stone is that it is virtually impossible to book appointments on the app or website. I called in and was given a few time slots that were available the day I went but I went on the app before and it showed nothing was available. This happens almost every time I book an appointment. I don’t mind calling and talking to someone to book but it would be convenient if the app was actually usable.
