Great massage therapist and worked on areas indicated prior to commencing massage. Good technique and ability to "massage" out the areas needing extra attention.

The therapists are well=trained -- have reviewed my records -- stay in focus during the massage -- Excellent!

Can't seem to be able to book my appointments on-line. Not sure why. Visit for my facial was great! One thing that might be helpful is if you provided combs afterwards. My hair always looks awful afterwards, and I always seem to forget my comb/brush. Not necessary, but could be a nice touch.

My esthetician was amazing and the staff was kind and respectful making my experience lovely.

I haven't been able to use my membership in nearly 3 years, so being able to log in online and get a last minute appointment with such a great massage therapist was amazing. Andrea was knowledgeable and is so good at her job; I can't wait for the next one.

I like that they send emails about availability of aesthetician. Aesthetician remembers working with me before and she made some good recommendations. She was able to keep my appointment after I was 10 minutes late and I appreciated that.
