Front desk staff is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had no wait time in the reception area. I was taken in immediately after check in. Facility is very comfortable and always super clean. The online booking is very simple and convenient.

The massage therapist was amazing! I was contemplating canceling my membership until the massage.

I was greeted by very friendly people working at the front desk when I walked into Hand and Stone. Any questions I had were answered quickly and in a very kind manner. My massage was very relaxing and very helpful to the areas I had worked on. The only complaint I have ever had is that sometimes the person doing the massage talks too much. I enjoy my time in the massage room and like it to be relaxing. I don't like to carry on a conversation.

Nicole is the very best, I always leave feeling so clean and refreshed after seeing her. She’s also the absolute sweetest and I look forward to chatting with her as much as I look forward to the actual service!
