The over experience is Awesome. My massage therapist is so AWESOME please don't let her leave. The manger is just so accommodating and they make me feel like part of the family

The whole experience was pleasant and relaxing. My therapist listened to me regarding trouble areas ect.

On first page of survey I meant to put highly satisfying. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. I love my massage therapist Stacey. She has been my God sent.

Enjoyed my massage and facial. Glad I could get a massage at the same time for a friend. Not thrilled that I had to pay extra for her massage, not what I signed up for when I became a member.

Jeannie is very thorough and attentive. My skin is in great condition! The waiting area has been restructured and is very cozy.

Massage therapist was respectful of time. Massage therapist was great with pressure during massage. Felt comfortable to relax and not think about the rest of the day.

My therapist was great, it’s the facility itself I had problems with. My appointment was moved from 3 to 3:15 but I waited almost 15 minutes to be brought back. The lights wouldn’t dim, which he had no control over. The products made my skin break out, which usually doesn’t happen and I showered about 3 hours after the appointment. The monthly membership pamphlet had two asterisks on the “no long term commitment” comment, yet, there is no explanation on the pamphlet about what the two asterisks mean. Seems very scam-like to not provide details.

It’s always the “staff” for me and I feel the employee here are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and accommodating.
