Enjoyed my massage and facial. Glad I could get a massage at the same time for a friend. Not thrilled that I had to pay extra for her massage, not what I signed up for when I became a member.

Massage therapist was respectful of time. Massage therapist was great with pressure during massage. Felt comfortable to relax and not think about the rest of the day.

My therapist was great, it’s the facility itself I had problems with. My appointment was moved from 3 to 3:15 but I waited almost 15 minutes to be brought back. The lights wouldn’t dim, which he had no control over. The products made my skin break out, which usually doesn’t happen and I showered about 3 hours after the appointment. The monthly membership pamphlet had two asterisks on the “no long term commitment” comment, yet, there is no explanation on the pamphlet about what the two asterisks mean. Seems very scam-like to not provide details.

It’s always the “staff” for me and I feel the employee here are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and accommodating.

I am truly disappointed with how management handled a reschedule policy that was unknown to me. In the last 30 days I spent over $500 between products and services, signed up for a membership and scheduled an appointment for my son and I. I’ve since canceled that membership, canceled my membership and future appointment. So, Management thought it was better to miss out on what would’ve been hundreds of dollars over a $44.98 fee I had no knowledge of. It’s too bad too. My aesthetician Jeannie is amazing and I was looking forward to getting treatment massages from, Scott. To be honest, it’s quite shocking. I deal with so many businesses because of my career and I can honestly say a company as well known as H & S should have trained front desk staff better, and not punish the customer on their behalf. Calls are recorded I take it? Had anyone said I’d be charged for moving an appointment, I would’ve kept it.
