I am truly disappointed with how management handled a reschedule policy that was unknown to me. In the last 30 days I spent over $500 between products and services, signed up for a membership and scheduled an appointment for my son and I. I’ve since canceled that membership, canceled my membership and future appointment. So, Management thought it was better to miss out on what would’ve been hundreds of dollars over a $44.98 fee I had no knowledge of. It’s too bad too. My aesthetician Jeannie is amazing and I was looking forward to getting treatment massages from, Scott. To be honest, it’s quite shocking. I deal with so many businesses because of my career and I can honestly say a company as well known as H & S should have trained front desk staff better, and not punish the customer on their behalf. Calls are recorded I take it? Had anyone said I’d be charged for moving an appointment, I would’ve kept it.

I always know what to expect at my massage visits. Always welcoming and personable staff. My massage therapist is fantastic and asks me if there are issues he needs to address prior to the appointment.

Heather was amazing. The prices when up on Memberships which is very expensive. The receptionist when I signed up didn’t mention the stuff you can get for new members . I had to point to the sign to get the stuff added

I love, simply love Hand and Stone. I've tried 5 star resorts and I returned to H&S. I love everything about it and everyone in there. Jeanne is the absolute best! I got the membership just to see her every month but now I go in more often just because it makes me smile.

Therapist could tell my need for more pressure and applied but she asked permission first. I love my therapist as she always makes me relax and go home in less pain.

The entire staff is very polite and friendly while maintaining a respectful attitude and professional communication.

Jacob was great. This was the first time I talked through a massage but I didn’t mind. It was nice to have good conversation. The massage was great and my back felt so much better after.
