The staff is very friendly while maintaining being professional. I almost always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I think overall the value is decent for the membership price.

The services are available at a variety of locations and membership can be used at any of them. Great prices being a member. Wonderful ambiance, the rooms are inviting and clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable in the services and professionalism in their respective roles.

The receptionist who checked me in was so wonderful. She was not only welcoming and efficient, but she also helped me sign up for a membership at the end. My massage therapist was also wonderful. He listened and worked on areas as he found issues just as I asked.

The whole time I was there, I felt warm and relaxed. I loved the steam and the warm bed. I asked about one of the hand held face massagers, and she showed it to me and I really appreciated that.

We were very happy with this appointment. The staff at the Puyallup H&S are very good. We will be back to this location.
