Mike always asks me if I have any problem areas, always takes the time to address those areas..and always has the room prepared for my requests.

The massage therapist focused on my main problem areas and worked out pains that I had had for over a month. The appointment started and ended on time. I was able to quickly set up a future appointment.

Massage experts are always pleasant and ask of any specific issues that I would like address at the current session. They respond to my requests regarding appropriate massage pressure and location of my problem areas. I am very pleased with the H&S service at Anthem.

The receptionists are great. Checking in and out is a breeze. Ligia is the best massage therapist ever. She works out all my trigger points so that I can live as close to pain free as possible. If I go longer than a few weeks without a massage from her I am in pain. She is awesome.

The therapist, Keba, was friendly and asked specifics about what type of massage is like. She did a phenomenal job on releasing tension in my back and neck. It was the best massage I’ve ever had!
