I was satisfied but I didn't like all of the upselling. That gave me stress and made me feel uncomfortable. All the upgrade talk and trying to sell me products. Please don't!

Great service all around, from the receptionist to the therapist. Therapist was great and made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job.

The aesthetician was very friendly and accommodating. She did a fantastic job on my facial. I had a question after my appointment and she had gone to the back. They went to get her and she came back out for me.
