Kay is a GREAT massage therapist, I always request her when I book. She is an asset to your team. Points system: I don't like how we can no longer use our points toward product purchases. Coupons: I also don't agree with not accepting a coupon for an upgrade when no mention of which services are excluded are disclosed. I upgraded a facial with the intent of the using the coupon so I was not expecting to pay extra. Plus the upgrade was more expensive than the amount I was quoted.

It was a great experience and Sara Jo, was very knowledgeable and helpful with skin care. I will definitely return with her!

Allison is great - I love the pressure and she always seems to find the right spots to release the tension/aches.
