The therapist worked on my problem areas. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The music is calming. I felt wonderful when the massage was finished.

The Massage therapists that have worked on me are attentive to my concerns and use the firm pressure I prefer. They are knowledgeable and when applicable suggest ways to improve my experience and minimize the things that exacerbate my discomfort. They are professional and courteous and make the experience as comfortable as possible for a setting that is not very personal due to corporate guidelines I would guess.

I love the ambiance of the reception area and massage room. Lori Hammond is the therapist I return to with every visit. She not only gives me an awesome massage, but she's friendly and caring, and I consider we've become friends outside of our 'client' relationship. She knows all about my family, and remembers details when I next visit, so can ask how everything is going. I like that she can give a highly effective massage without over-pressure. She knows exactly what to do to release tension in my muscles.

Brenda and your reception status are awesome. I am always greeted by name, and they always keep me informed of any specials. The only thing that I don't love is the music selection.

Lori is such an amazing massage therapist! I am coming back next Tuesday to see her again!!

Sarah Jo was terrific and I will definitely book with her again and follow some suggestions she made based on my individual needs. Tara was very friendly and accommodating re: scheduling the next appointment and making recommendations. Their personal attention truly added to the overall experience.

Always a nice experience. Rooms are adequate. I think more restrooms/dressing rooms should be available.

My therapist listened well and was focused on my back, shoulders and neck issues. The results of her work proved beneficial in alleving my discomfort.
