I had a sore lower back and the therapist really helped it. She also made some stretch recommendations to help. She also recommended an espon salt bath which also helped.

Colleen really listened to what I wanted and molded the experience to work best for me. I did not feel pressured when additional options were presented.

Staff (reception, massage and facial) were very polite, knowledge. Ambiance in all rooms were comfortable and relaxing. Prices as a member are good.
