Hand and Stone

The staff greeted me by name on my arrival. The reception room was fairly packed and I immediately felt comfortable after being welcomed. I didn't have to wait a moment to sign in or say I'm here. Zoe soon appeared and I was on my way to a very relaxing massage. I left feeling restored, relaxed and less tense.

Zoey was excellent! I love this Hand & Stone! I was very happy to see two receptionists on yesterday. That is the only problem I ever have here is long wait times when there is only one person at the front desk. Was not a problem this time!

I thought the quality of the products used was great. Plus the newer facial options exceeded my expectations. It was a great experience.

Great therapist - listened and focused on problem areas. Room was comfortable and sheets warm. Felt relaxed after service. Signed up for membership after overall relaxing experience from reception to waiting to service and check out.

Zoe, the massage therapist, was excellent. She helped to relieve pain and discomfort in my lower back. For me, it is the therapist that makes this service.

Alison was amazing she always does a great job. Allie at the front was very helpful. I have never seen a prettier girl in my life and she was so smart.

Tonia is professional and great masseuse. Worked on all the tension areas and felt rejuvenated after the massage.
