Sadie did a great job listening to my concerns and the products she suggested didn't irritate my skin. Probably one of the best facials I've ever gotten and I had no discomfort afterwards (as someone with sensitive skin this is rare for me). She also suggested future services I could get that sounded really helpful.

Incredible customer service, very friendly staff as well! I left an earring behind and they called me soon after to get it back to me (and did it with such kindness!) Definitely didn't think I would schedule again, but it was such a great experience that I am looking forward to my next appointment!
