Making my appointment online is very convenient. Receptionists are always friendly and knowledgeable. My massage with Kay is always great... she is the best !!!!!

Reception staff is always welcoming. Never a long wait. Massage therapists have always been friendly and accommodating to my needs.

I was very satisfied just because I put down neither satisfied or dissatisfied means that I can’t answer that question based on something I did not witness. I did not see the rooms being vacuumed every night nor do I know if they are nor do, I know if the tables are disinfected prior to each patient being massaged I know that they change the towels in the linens because they appeared fresh but as a nurse I take infection control really seriously and I don’t know what the policy and procedure is or have I witnessed anybody doing these prior to my visit or in between visits so I can’t answer satisfied or dissatisfied

The massage therapist was pleasant and professional. I prefer more pressure for a deeper massage without paying the extra for it. The massage was fine except for the normal pressure I usually receive. This was my first visit with this therapist.

New location to me and overall I was satisfied. I spoke with someone before I left about my concerns and am using another therapist on my next visit. I think the front desk team were very good and acknowledged everyone who walked in for service while helping those who just finished a service check out. Very well done!

The site struggles to have female therapists available during the weekend. I also think the site goes a little extreme in trying to let me know I’m safe, fill out the form, can we treat your glutes, chest ect each time. Shouldn’t it be in the notes they should read each time?

there is a lot of turn over at this spa. And very few therapist who provide medium/firm - deep tissue. I was also told they are no longer taking 2hr appts. to "preserve" their therapist.

The therapist had a sniffle and kept clearing throat like she was sick. I don’t like to be worked on with someone who can pass on illness. She should have worn a mask or told me and I would have rescheduled.

Check out receptionist was extremely rude. I had some questions and she rolled her eyes. Then she tried to charge me instead of using my credits and was insisting I had to pay transfer fee even though credits are mine. In then selected 20% for tip and it was 30 I asked her how massage was since website said it was less than 90 and she told once again rolled her eyes at me and said the massage has a 130 value. She was very unpleasant and made me feel like a nuisance. I thought about canceling membership and joing other local massage business

I'll be back. Not sure if I'd book with the same person or not. She was fine. Thanks
