Highly satisfied: I really like to relax and have time to unwind from stress. Sometimes too much “teaching” takes place. At times it’s ok to just let the customer relax.

Jazmin MT was very good with her pressure and the amount of what is needed in the area she was working on. Also she attend to my specific need specially on my arms where I needed work done the most.Thanks to her I was able to relief my pain and numbness in my fingers and arms.

I don’t like being greeted by a large dog licking me-this is unprofessional and undesirable. I feel new front desk person is disingenuous with pat answers and his high energy way doesn’t fit with a calm, serene spa energy. I really disliked when he spoke over the aesthetician with product recommendations, after she had done my facial. He speaks disrespectfully with team. This impression is from several visits, not just this one. The massage therapists and aestheticians have never disappointed me in over 10 years, but this front additional staff member is not an asset to your company.

Massage Therapist did not do my quads for some reason, however, my last experience there was the same so not sure if we just ran out of time or they no longer do that.

Could have used more pressure and was wanting to redeem one of my upgrades but the salts weren’t stocked.

I feel in the past year, there has been a push to buy product and upgrade services and it’s something the esthetician is being forced to do. It’s sometimes uncomfortable esp when you don’t want to buy any product or add additional services. Seems very sales oriented now which did not use to be the case. I’ve been going to this hand and stone since 2013.

I have had a massage at Hand & Stone a few times and feel some "sales" pressure each time. Understand that they are working to up-sale some add ons to your massage, but this can tend to detract from the experience.

Every time I fill out this survey, there's a promise of $5 off next services. I never receive the email anymore with that $5 off coupon. Several years ago, I used to get the email, but not anymore. If you can send me the survey, I'm pretty sure the coupon can be sent to the same email address. I've filled out a survey every time I come for a massage.

I had a gift card for a facial and the up selling was annoying. She was very nice and let it go when I said no but to try add an additional $175 was ridiculous and unnecessary. I’m sure that is part of her job but it is very off putting.
