Again, front desk workings need to be more transparent about the upselling of products. Had I known CBD oil was an up charge, then I would not have said yes to the therapist using it. (He did a good job with everything else).

I felt my massage therapist was rude a few times. I explained and injury and an exercise that hurt it and her response was maybe you should do it that exercise. She cut my massage short by several minutes, she also waited 5 minutes or so to reenter the room after first meeting her. At the end she decided to tell me what I should do to avoid this injury. I have a chronic issue and I’m well aware. I feel she was very short with me and expressed her opinion that wasn’t needed.

Awesome Front desk service and quickest to get in when you just walk in if you get lucky there is available spot. Great services they give and customizing clients need.

The therapist was fantastic but the reception and general management of the process of getting in and out was not smooth and efficient. It took 6 min to pay and leave once finished with my service.

I went in with a gift certificate, I don't think I can fairly assess the knowledge of the therapist on one visit with a general massage. It was a general relaxation and 'quiet' session. I was met a little after the 2:00 appointment time and the massage ended shortly before 3, so I'm not certain whether it was 50 minutes. Email info after booking stated that the hour includes consultation and dressing/undressing; when signing up for membership (to try a few months) it was clarified that all hour appointments are 50-minutes 'hands on.' The membership sales information provided was a bit overwhelming and while convincing (since I ended up signing up), was a bit confusing. A survey after several visits once being a member, would be a fairer assessment.

The cost of product is outrageous.

I ask to have med pressure and got hard, asked to have back and hands worked on more, back was good ,but only got 3min per hand which I needed more. Feet not touched at all!
