Everything went well until check out. The heavy sales pitch and all the fees added and then subtracted to get to be a member. $100 in service fee that can’t be used towards the monthly next appointment. Not sure why that fee is there as all my information is in the computer that I entered, then used my credit card to pay for. Why do you need a membership fee you didn’t do anything but sale. Then offer coupons like I’m getting something. I just paid for a $100 fee and now you give me $5 off. No thank you. Tried to schedule a follow up appointment for the next week with same person and told they don’t have any 60min appointments only 80mins which is $100 plus (60min) $40 for (20mins) for the total 80mins. He had a few open appointments but a 60 was t available. Why not ask them if they want a 60 or 80. Truly care about people not the money you would be there to help people not just sale memberships.

They try to sell more expensive treatments and the estetician had to go out of the room to ask the desk a question about the treatment.

The availability of certain personnel is sometimes difficult. Need more special programs for members that can be offered as unique.

I have never had COVID. AZ has the highest per capita death rate in the USA for COVID. 1700 people have died of COVID in AZ in the last 6 months, about 10 a day. 85% of the deaths are people over the age of 65. I'm 74. 56% of the deaths are male, I'm a male. The death rate from COVID is trending down. I wore a mask during the massage. I specifically requested that the masseuse wear a mask during the massage. This did not happen. The masseuse informed me she has a problem breathing during the massage wearing a mask. I have to believe you have masseuses that are able to wear a mask during a massage. I am unhappy with your lack of masking standards when requested. My health affects that of others as cancer survivors and health issues.

Products you offer are toxic. I would like facial products that are environmentally sound/viable and also good for you with results. I'm not too thrilled about the UV light being hand held as this is only as good as the person holding the instrument. If I opt for UV light, I'd like it to be more mechanically controlled rather than by a person holding it. I'm also not convinced a 3 minute treatment does much but yet it is a major uncharge.
