With membership prices having gone up it’s easy to find a better source for a spur of the moment massage

The massage it self was only 40 minutes. I got in the room at 9:06 undressed and waited I will say until 9:10 and then when she said we were done it was 9:50. I thought the membership was for actually 50 minutes of massage.

i got a gift card and i was not sure what it had on it so it was tough to figure out what i could pick. once she helped me figure out what massage i could get i felt like i didnt have 100 percent time on it

It was not the therapists fault. Tried to take my daughter for her first massage (age 15 1/2). The therapist said that since she was wearing her bra it was a "boundary" and she had to keep her covered. But I don't see why they couldn't massage around the bra or through a sheet. She said the massage didn't help. Since it was her first massage she was very uncomfortable being touched by a stranger, even if it was a female. I know her discomfort with being undressed contributed. But maybe some sensivity training would help. She could have massages around bra straps or through thin sheet . My daughter felt like the massage did nothing and she wanted to leave. I had a hard time relaxing worrying about her comfort level. It's really no one's fault. I tried to prepare her.

There was only 2 items: 1st-the $100 fee to enroll in a program-that is ridiculously high. If the service is great for the next 6 months with no glitches then I will eat my words. 2nd-why is there a $10transfer fee to gift an appointment? Can I get one freebie transfer fee to pass on to another potential paying client! The extra tack on fees are not encouraging.

One reason is that the reception area could feel more spa like, the service rooms could have more ambiance again make it more spa like

I was satisfied but wanted more time. I will be back. A very good experience!!

This was my 1st time to go there so I gave you a satisfactory grade and that is fine with me.

Too high priced. I felt nickeled and dimed by the Add ons to the facial. They should have been included.

You are a typical chain massage business. Some therapist are good, some are not.
