The check out experience was rushed. I felt pressured to give a percentage of total for tip in front of everyone, without being told the total.i It should also not have included the extra product, just service. I always tip generously.

I was very satisfied with the service. I did not like that I had to fill out the paperwork when I entered the massage room, instead of the reception area.

If I had not asked about a credit I had on file it would never have been applied. The receptionist had to research it while I was in my appointment. Even then she offered no comment about how much was available. Maybe she was new, in training. I think that at my check-in that information should have shown up along with my appointment info. I should not have had to ask.

Lost original therapist trying new therapist and would like to try another massage therapist on next visit. Would like therapist to be able to use mod deep strokes. Can be either female or male.

I was left a voice mail that my aesthetician had been changed without my request. Apparently a new person had started at H&S and I had been reassigned to that person without my permission. When I called I was reassigned to my preferred provider. When I asked why I had been reassigned without my permission I was told the person was new and they thought since I had no preference of an aesthetician it would be OK to switch me out my knowledge. When I explained the only two people I ever see are Erin and Sarah Jo it made no sense I was rescheduled with someone I did not know nor request. I could not understand why I was told I had no preferred provider. All turned out well but I am not pleased a change was made.
