Intake form asked preference about employee wearing mask but it was not honored.

Therapists were amazing front office was more friendly to return customers so I ended up signing up to a membership in Hope's that will fix it.

No screening questions & employees were not masked. I had to ask therapist to wear mask which she promptly did.

The receptionist is always exceptional and a pleasure to come in and see them. The massage therapist seemed to not have any flow or rhythm whatsoever and was very spotty with the massage.

The two hour massage appt. was scheduled at 10 and ended at 11:40. It seemed like it should have gone until 11:55.

Over the last 6 months (exact date I don't recall) the Anthem location has increased the charge to add 30 minutes to the massage length. It had been $30, then $40 and I was told it was going to be $50 now. Not going to happen. I am considering moving to Elements or another competitor.

Raised the cost without telling me. The cost was why I kept my membership. Can not book online. The check in is noisy, not relaxing!!

I was hoping for a deeper massage all over. The stones were nice and I enjoyed the relaxation but next time I will be more specific on what I wish to achieve in my session
