I really like my therapist Keyana. The only problem I have had is that when I find a good one they leave. I really hope she stays!

I have tried to book online and it did not work and I was unaware. Better Booking system. Appointment are hard to make and when you find a good therapist they seem to leave. Some inexperience therapist. thank you

Price quoted to husband at booking, plus Mothers Day commercial pricing (lower) was completely different than what I paid (higher). Therapist was excellent!

Since my favorite massage therapist Allison left Hand and Stone, I was told they have only two massage therapists there that do deep tissue massage. The first one I tried, I did not feel comfortable with, but I may consider giving it another try. The second one I haven't tried yet, but I am considering it. The receptionist was new, and when I tried asking her for help to schedule an appointment with one of the two deep tissue massage therapists who had limited availability, she told me in a rude manner that she was in training and didn't have time to help me reschedule because there were other customers waiting, and told me it would be better if I went home and called back another time. Meanwhile, I only observed one or two people waiting. I felt she was very rude and unprofessional to tell me that and in front of other customers.

I had a very good message experience. I got the CBD oil which for me seemed to have no therapeutic effect, and is expensive. Woman behind counter said she didn’t feel well and was wearing a mask for that reason. Kudos, but maybe stay home then.

Pressure not really deep enough but ok

Therapist did not wear a mask at all. Neither did the receptionist. Therapist was very nice but was breathing very loudly during entire massage and was continuously banging the hot stones on the counter and loudly opening and closing the cabinets the entire massage. Not sure what she could have been looking for It was a very noisy environment. Not very conducive to relaxation. That being said, the massage itself was good. It would have been nice if some effort to be more quiet was made. Maybe not bang cabinet doors open and closed and not toss the hot stones on counter over and over. The music stopped for about 15 mins as well. You don't realize how much you miss the music until it's gone.

My appointment was at 4pm and my service start about 4:18. My services were very good. Erin (facial) is excellent. Joseph (massage) was new to Hand and Stone but very, very good.
