I booked an 80-minute massage. I received a 50-minute massage. I didn't realize the error until I reached my car afterwards and saw the time.

No reason I just usually don’t rate extremely high but I was very satisfied with my massage!

Kaitlyn is the best therapist I have ever been to, she is knowledgeable, attentive and really listens to what I am requesting and makes it happen. I have stayed as a client for at least a year longer than I would have just because of her. I have had lots of issues with the front office staff, appts cancelled and not notified til showing up (at least 5-6 times) credit missing etc and it’s just exhausting to deal with. Alexis is awesome and I have seen improvements with the office staff, appts etc since she was loved to days and focuses on handling staff. Mia is super sweet as well and I enjoy when she is at the desk to help.

Well I made my monthly appt in person and on this visit , there was no appt made!! Lucky for me there was time available. Strange that making an appt in person doesn’t mean you have an appt.

Starting 15 min late was unacceptable even though the therapist apologized and gave full amount of time....it threw off my commitment to follow.

Not really a fan of Rachel’s technique. Missed my entire left leg.

Esthetician was concerned about upselling services and products, which is not why I was there.

The massage therapist worked on my stress areas, but it wasn’t very relaxing, and I told her before all I wanted was to relax. I should have spoken up more during the session. I felt relief after, but it wasn’t relaxing during the session.

Difficulty booking appointments based on therapist availability. Appointment was also then rescheduled.
