Clients in wait area without masks. Receptionist not wearing mask consistently. Called from car when arrived, told to come in, waited 8-10 min in reception area. Why did I bother? Called by wrong name by masseuse.

I said I was satisfied. Highly satisfied would have meant I didn’t have to sit there and watch people who came in after me go in before me.

When we arrived both receptionist were not wearing masks they were standing way to close to each other and when she scheduled our appointment they weren’t right

I am a stoic so for me to say I am satisfied is high praise. I enjoy my trips to H&S and Kaitlyn is amazing. I have never allowed myself these luxuries in my life so part of the experience involves my ability to enjoy the process.

I was freezing cold during the massage. The massage oil was cold. Not having the bed warmers really reduced the comfort of the massage.

There were booking problems that led my appointment to be started 15 minutes late

I may need to communicate better with my therapist about pressure. More sore today than before the massage. 😔
