Therapist was young and only had 1.5 years and is still developing skilld

My therapist was really good, but he talked the entire time. Also, when I am booking there is only this same therapist available all the time. I may switch locations.

I’ve always been really happy with my services, however, my last experience left me underwhelmed. Added the foot scrub and it was pretty disappointing. More trouble than it was worth with all the washing, cleaning and towels vs more time actually exfoliating and massaging. And, the room was too cold.

Music is awful.

It was a good massage but not the best I’ve ever had Everyone was very nice and friendly

Rachel Lewis is one of the best massage therapists that I've had at Hand and Stone. The last two massages before this I was dissatisfied, but now that I found this therapist, I am very happy to be able to schedule another visit with her in the future.

As a member, everything has been seamless. And my masseuse has been very good.

When I was sold the gift cards no one mentioned that you can’t split them in half to use as 90 minute massages. Only 1 hour or two hour. One hour not enough and two hour is too long.

Usually I am highly satisfied... This was a bad experience - too much pressure - very painful - some bruising... (I do bruise easily....) I couldn't wait for it to be over.... unfortunately... Like I said - usually I have very good experiences there...
