There was a price increase with no notice to members so I went in expecting what the price had been. I will no longer be able to get a massage other than the 1 per month for my membership whereas I was getting at least 1 more.

The therapist told me she was going to use Bio Freeze to ease the ankle discomfort I was experiencing, but never informed me that it would be an upgrade with an additional fee. I only brought cash for her tip, so I was surprised I needed to pay for the upgrade and embarrassed (others were in the waiting area) because I didn't bring my credit card as well.

Make the rooms feel like you are at an actual spa not just a chain place. All the employees are amazing and have no complaints regarding that but a Membership isn't cheap and we should feel like we are at a boutique spa too.

She spent a lot of time on my feet. I couldn't tell how much time I had left so I figured she'd get to the top of my legs and arms, but she never did.

Water to rinse product off face was really cold. It may be the esthetician’s routine but it made my body cold.

Waxing services on time & excellent. Massage scheduled following started 10 minutes late. Not with provider initially scheduled with. Therapist didn’t want to use eucalyptus aromatherapy as said it made her nauseous. Table too warm on hot day. Portable fan drowned out music.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist, and to me that's number one. I believe the receptionist wasn't as friendly as others I've worked with in the past, so that is why I chose "Satisfied" for my overall experience.
