Hand and Stone

After my 80 minute massage, I was surprised by a $10 extra charge for a biofreeze product that was used during my massage. I was not aware of this cost & was NOT happy about it.

Receptionist checked my fiance in but not me, then asked a second time my name after seeing me still sitting waiting. High pitched buzzing came from lights in massage room. Found out after leaving that my significant other(who is named in membership) has been being charged extra $10 every visit so I went back to tell them that he should not be charged and receptionist didn't handle well. I still have not heard back about mistake being fixed!

My main reason is the 80 min massage only lasted 70 min on the table. Too much biofreeze was used and not any essential oils and technique was lacking.

I had the eighty minute Himalayan Stone message. Unfortunately the stone seemed to lose heat quickly which in turn caused the therapist to have to make many trips for hot stone. It took the flow out of the message. That is not worth the extra cost for me.

H & S started charging for deep tissue. I found out after I was charged an extra &10 not before The therapist needs to tell the client I also found out the therapist gets the $10 dollars which is great but now I feel like I am tipping him/her an extra &10 over my actual tip Also I never get abreast pillow in the room & it’s in my file, can you highlight it in the notes section or bold it?

I was never told about a point system while visiting, also I feel like the receptionists just hurry and don't explain charges very well. Can hear the receptionists talk about getting the"most gift card sales". Just awkward. Dawn is wonderful! Package was becoming too expensive for a facial and microderm.

I am punctual & I would like it if I’m on time my appointment would start promptly on time too.

Table was all the way down. Look unprofessional like it Was almost touching the floor. Also - neck hurt after. Not enough stretching.

I prefer a deeper massage. I knew this going in. The therapists I normally have were not available.

Obtaining information and payment information re: membership took several emails and phone calls. Unacceptable.
