The massage was relaxing, but I was never asked about the pressure I wanted and it was not what I thought a sports massage would be, or firm enough pressure

Had a very friendly massage therapist. She was knowledgeable. But her nails were so sharp they practically cut into me. So what did not make for a very pleasant massage.

SarahJo did my facial. She was wonderful!!! Friendly and SO knowledgeable about products. I felt like she really listened to me. The next day my skin feels amazing and looks wonderful. I will schedule future appointments around her availability.

I booked my most recent appointment over the phone, but had to call three separate times before my phone call was answered. Also, several months ago I received an email from the receptionist that they had mistakenly undercharged me $10 and that they tried to charge my card the $10, but it failed, so then they tried to call me but my number was incorrect in the system and can I call them to pay the $10. I don't see how they could have possibly undercharged me $10, but to attempt to charge my card that extra $10 before speaking with me about a mistake made on their side is incredibly unprofessional. Further, my phone number has not changed in the last 10 years and I had no missed calls. I get the text reminders about appointments, so I know the number on file is correct. I emailed back requesting a manager call me to discuss, wanting an explanation for why they believed I had been undercharged in the first place before I paid more, and never heard from anyone. I still go back because I have loved my estheticians, but that experience has always bothered me, because if I was undercharged, did they stiff my esthetician on her tip to cover their mistake?

I do not rate highly satisfied unless it is warranted truly above and beyond what is expected for the cost.

I just moved from Littleton, Co. We had went to the hand and stone in littleton. The atmosphere was more inviting and relaxing. And the team was friendlier. We are sticking with it in Anthem but we can tell a difference. The massages were great but it took us time to find the right massage therapist with the pressure, style and personality.
