The cost of what you get. The walk way was loud at times. Areas of the body felt it had to much oil on it when I left.

I was misquoted twice on prices on the past two visits. I just srarted my membership and just started using them. First time got an email saying get free upgraded on facial or stone masssge if booked that day. I called and was told I had to book both to get one free, I stated that’s not what the add says and that it was false advertising, I was told and I quote”well that what we do to get people to call in” ???? When I made the last appointment I asked how much extra for the stone massage and was told $20, when I paid it was $30 and asked about it and was told “the $20 is for the other type of stone” I was a member of masssge envy for five years back in Oklahoma, never had an issue and always satisfied. When I moved here your place is very close and easy for me to get to, but it’s obvious there are some issues

I like to book on line but was told that it's not always accurate and better to call for booking.

Made appointment several weeks before for my daughter in law and myself for her birthday for services. Received call day before cancelling her appointment. I demanded that they fix this and figure out how to make this right. They did but still left me feeling bad about whole situation

Receptionists are never very friendly. Seem like you are bothering them if you ask a question. I always book facial and massage at same time and know one ever seems to know that and I always half to dress and redress between services. I have had massages in the past there that were better.

I chose a man this time and never had one at Hand and Stone. I think I will stick with women. I enjoy a soft touch and spoke up several times. It was my fault for not requesting a women.

I do not think that I received the facial was supposed to be for the full hour. We started a little late and were finished at least 10 minutes early.

Prefer my normal massage therapist

I was not greeted when I came in I waited for 10 mins still the 2 ladies working the counter never said anything to me. My lady came out & got me & I never checked in due to the other ladies helping others & then doing computer work. My appointment started late as well.

overall hightly satisfied.I have purchased an upgrade with a foot exfoliation, I didn't feel lasted enough for the cost spent. The massage was great as the therapist, but I felt my session was a bit shorter that suppose to be.my appointment was scheduled at 3pm , I started around 3.10( considering the time to get ready, took me less than 60 second to undress) and ended 3.50 according to the watch in the room...you tell me!
