I thought it was a good experience but wouldn’t say it was highly satisfying. Interested in trying different therapists and hoping you get the Fizz Mask which is what I wanted to buy.

I wish she had used a bit more pressure. I had told her there was an area of my upper back hurting a bit, but she didn't spend any extra time there. I wish she would have asked about pressure.

The therapist did not focus on the area I asked her to upper back and shoulders. Instead she focused on arms and legs, mostly, and only did the bank and shoulders a little bit.

I feel that there is always room for improvement at any business. I was shocked to find out that getting my eye brows waxed was $20 not $15. That did not make me highly Satisfied.

I think for the price you should get a full 1 hour massage not barely 50 minutes!

Other than asking for clients massage preferences before the massage, therapists should not talk during sessions. We, clients are there to receive relaxation and pain relief not to socialize. Pressure requests should be followed.

My therapist was brand new to the profession (3 months I believe she said) so she's still in a learning curve. I would have liked more pressure and I asked her for that but I don't think she was strong enough, yet!, to provide the pressure I was looking for. Other than that she did a wonderful job and if a nice and relaxing massage is what I'm looking for I'd definitely go back and see her.

I have stated this before on another survey and no one was interested. My problem is with the policy of charging me $10 a month to place a vacation hold on my member account when I’m not even using a service that month. That does not make sense. I have been a member for years and the owner or manager is not interested in reversing that fee or contacting me to explain why they can’t reverse the fee. I am canceling my membership and no one cares. I’m very sad about this because Allison my therapist is amazing. Also the receptionist named Alexis is rude as I’ve stated but again no one cares.
